The economic downturn of 2008 brought unexpected challenges, especially for IT professionals. As budget cuts hit hard, I found myself at a crossroads. With a family to support, I pivoted to a career in sales and merchant services, diving deep into the intricacies of credit card processing, high-risk merchant accounts, and chargeback prevention.
What started as a necessity quickly became a passion.
